Maintenance, Controls and Facilities Manager
Maintenance, Controls and Facilities Manager based Wiltshire. Working for a global communications provider, your employment history will evidence a robust Maintenance and Management record, further supported with strong Environmental, Health and Safety working practices.
Originating from a Manufacturing Sector, you will have previous exposure to Capital Project planning, ideally related to new site refurbishment/relocation, working with financial budgets and targets plus the relevant supply chain, both civil and ancillary services.
Ideally Educated to Degree Level in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, your career will demonstrate substantial working knowledge of PPM (Preventative and Predictive Maintenance), with the relevant tools experience and techniques required to manage both the working plant, the workshop and the team of Engineers, Technicians, Project Team and Administration support.

Through consistent staff and plant reviews you will ensure that a robust service history is accessible, is evidenced and recorded for all parties, ensuring to report and monitor fault trends and efficient/effective planned maintenance.
Although a senior management role, you will need to play a 'hands on' approach when training, investigating and implementing preventative maintenance tasks.
