Finance Analyst – Part Qualified – CIMA / ACCA / ACA
Central London
£30,000 – £32,000 DOE + Benefits

The Company:

Niche focused, international human capital business operating from six offices in four countries.

The Position:

Working in a busy Finance department of 17 people, the Finance Analyst will primarily be responsible for accurate reporting of NFI and the commission calculations for all entities in the group.

Key duties will include:

+ Preparation of monthly sales analysis for all entities in the group
+ Preparing expense analysis
+ Preparing commission calculations
+ Trust bank recs
+ Provide Ad hoc analysis

The Person:

The preferred candidate will be a part qualified professional accountant with relevant experience working in a busy Finance team. Key characteristics will include:

+ Able to work well in fast paced environment
+ Self-motivated and able to work under their own initiative
+ Applicable excel skills
+ Strong analytical and numeric skills
+ Able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders – internal and external

Nice to have:

+ Recruitment industry experience
+ Experience of Sage x3
