Owing to the current situation, a popular Primary School in Burnley are looking to appoint an excellent year 2 teacher to join their school at the end of January. The role would entail working on a full-time basis to lead a year 2 class of approx. 30 pupils. The class is of varied abilities and needs but is well supported by an experienced teaching assistant and a 1:1 support assistant. The sucessful candidate must have recent expereince within key stage 1, expereince within year 2 is highly desirable. NQT's with excellent references are also encouraged to apply.

As a teacher in this school you would be required to:
Plan and deliver engaging and innovative lessons of an excellent standard, derived from a sound knowledge of the national curriculum and phonics schemes.
Address gaps in learning due to school closures and aid the children in their reintegration to school life.
Consistently implement the school's strong behavioural strategy with confidence as to enforce high standards towards learning and the classroom environment.
Approach day to day work with enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a clear will to better yourself.
