Technical Support Manager - London - Permanent - £30,000 - £40,000
A fantastic role in London for a technical support manager. My client works with organisations all around the world providing management services, learning and assessment solutions.
You will be responsible for providing successful and timely technical support outcomes related to the team and clients whilst maintaining the system and providing IT support within the business.
Key Skills:
Experience working within a SaaS environment.
Experience with fixing / solving technical issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly methodical with excellent attention to detailResponsibilities:
Manage and maintain customer support ticketing systems.
Providing technical support
Acting as line support
