We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator on behalf of our client, a well-established independent Building company based in the Newton Abbot area. This will be mainly supporting across accounts, with some general administration support across the business.
Person Specification: -
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished accounts/senior administrator who enjoys working on their own initiative and as part of a team.
* A quick learner with a can-do attitude and flexible approach
* Good all-round accounts knowledge and experience gained within a commercial environment
* A methodical approach to work with strong attention to detail
* The ability to work to strict deadlines
* Good working Knowledge of manual systems
* Good working knowledge of Sage Line 50 and MS Office systems - particularly excel
* The ability to multi-task under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills
* Receiving approved invoices for posting to ledgers
