We are currently recruiting on behalf of a provider of adults and children's care for Head of School for a new education provision based in a beautiful setting near Darlington, which offers a holistic approach to provide outstanding education and care for the children and young people they support

This role requires someone who has substantial experience working with young people with SEN and or complex behavioural needs.

In this role you will;

* Support the Director of Schools in providing leadership for the school and ensure its continuous improvement

* Work with the senior team to deliver on expectations and achieve best outcomes

* Ensure high quality education for all students in the school

* To act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the provision
