Project Manager / Technical Lead
This is a fixed-term contract role for 2 years.
I am working with a Kent based company who going through a multi-million pound transformation project based on their banking systems. They are looking for a technical lead who can ensure the technology is delivered in terms of cost and time. You will be meeting with vendors, delivery partners and other 3rd parties to successfully deliver the new solution.
To be considered for this position you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
Independent delivery of projects to agreed levels of time, cost and quality. Ideally with exposure to third party suppliers within a project context and enterprise wide transformation. Both Agile and Waterfall project methodology experience is preferred.
Strong track record in a broad base of financial sector roles, ideally including a solid grounding in a retail banking environment, preferably in the UK financial services industry.
Experience of successfully building a framework for delivering multiple customer service channels, including telephony and internet based customer services.
Experience of Business Process Improvement to assist the Bank in optimising its underlying processes to achieve more efficient results.
Track record of implementing best practice processes and making substantive improvements of benefit to client experience and supportive of regulatory conduct initiatives.
Experience of project risk management , and ideally with enterprise wide risk exposure
Experience in managing vendors and 3rd parties, to ensure delivery on time and on budget
Experience in Saas software delivery
