Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to complete Intervention and Catch up support with pupils?

Hays are proud to work with mainstream and Special Needs schools across Leicester City and Leicestershire who are seeking Intervention Specialist Teaching Assistants.

Your new role

As an Intervention Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to pupils who need academic support to catch up with their peers as a result of the school closures. You will provide targeted support to these pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis - focusing in areas such as reading, writing, numeracy, speech & language and transition

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in securing a position, you must possess a minimum Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. You will have recent TA / LSA experience and ideally knowledge of the Primary / Secondary National Curriculum. You must be motivated to help the pupils progress with their learning and development.
