We are delighted to exclusively support a well established Chartered Management Accounting Practice to find an ambitious QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT. This cornerstone role will work closely and pro-actively with their clients offering a comprehensive range of business consulting and accounting services. Based in one of their offices in the Cotswolds, assisting a wide range of fantastic companies from sole traders through to international corporations. You will be excited to learn that there is potential for the successful difference maker to progress into senior management and potentially through to Board level.
Unashamedly different in their approach, this great opportunity will suit a positive, outgoing and organised professional who is able to work alone and as pat of a team to deliver the outstanding results their clients expect.
Preparation of ongoing management and financial accounts, including VAT and standard reconciliations, for multiple clients, usually using Sage, from original document processing right through to finished accounts
Preparation of year end statutory accounts for review, including all reconciliations and returns (non-audit)
New business development and customer relations
Review of management and statutory accounts produced by other staff and own team management
Tax advice for individuals, partnerships and companies, including year-end computations and returns
Providing technical support as required to other staff
Regular communication with clients - telephone, email, occasional on-site visits
Preparation of traditional accounts (i.e. incomplete records / "box" jobs)
General management responsibilitiesHours Monday to Friday - 35 hrs/wk
BUPA after qualifying period
22 days holiday - rising 1 day per year of service to a maximum of 25 days
Pension after qualifying period
