As we deliver our simplify, standardise, grow strategy, Speedy have an exciting new position for a Project Training Manager (6 month fixed term contract), supporting the Transformation team Haydock.
The main purpose of the role is to lead and manage the development and delivery of the training plan for ongoing ERP project to requirements detailed in the project plan.
Communication of the training plan and rollout to users across the business.
To successfully deploy the systems training to all users ensuring everyone is competent to continue carrying out their work duties D365
Design and deliver a training plan which combines virtual and face to face training within a set timescale.
Responsible for the effective operation and performance of the project system training team. Monitoring the quality of delivery and ensuring key metrics (i.e. trainer utilisation, course attendance and % of users trained) are achieved.
Responsible for ensuring highest standards of internal customer experience are practised.
Assist in the development of courses
Be responsible for ensuring that course content is fit for purpose, updated regularly as and when there are changes

Training professional/expert with experience in a similar role
Experience of creating and managing a large scale systems training plan
Experience of developing and delivering system training courses
Experience of managing a system training team
Experience in a similar industry/environment, particularly multi-site, operational environments
Project management experience
Regional travel to other sites, attending events, conferences, networking and professional events as required
Flexibility in supporting various business units nationally as required.
Need to be flexible with working hours, with overtime as required.6 month fixed term contract
