Job Details
Moxie People are supporting a South Wales based Housing Association to recruit an interim Finance Officer to start at short notice on a temporary contract until 31st March 2021.
As the interim Finance Officer, you will have a focus on financial planning and will be responsible for:
* Preparation of the annual revenue and capital budgets and longer-term financial business plans for the group
* Management of cash, grants, loan facilities and lender compliance
* Preparation of annual accounts for statutory audit.
* Compliance to the Group's policies and procedures are maintained.
To be considered for this home-based Finance Officer role, it is essential you have experience in a similar role, with skills in budgeting and business plan modelling. Social housing or public sector knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
This is your chance to work for a well-respected and tenant led Housing Association, who provide a range of homes for members of the community, as well as a range of services to help improve people's health & wellbeing.
So, if you're an experienced Finance Officer, who's readily available and able to commit to a 3-month contract, call Rich Thomas at Moxie People today on (phone number removed).
