£48,000 - £55,000 per annum

Our clients' Projects, Infrastructure and Construction team is in an exciting place at the moment after transforming their approach to the market and securing a number of significant client wins in the last year. In order to continue this level of success, they are now looking for exceptional lawyers to complement their growing team.
This is a challenging role, offering excellent quality of clients and work to advise on. You will have a busy but varied caseload working on major national and international projects across industry sectors including energy, infrastructure, advanced manufacturing and technology, waste management, leisure, education and real estate. You could be operating on a contentious, non-contentious or mixed workload, depending on your experience and your ambitions for growth.
You will meet with clients regularly and undertake and lead business development initiatives to develop new clients. Your targets are achievable to ensure you can focus on the long term benefits for you and the firm and not just whether you have billed enough hours in a day!
In order to be a success in this exciting new role you will demonstrate the following:
* A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience within a construction practice from a recognised firm.
* Able to demonstrate a focused client centric approach.
* A strong commercial acumen.
* Experience in either contentious, non-contentious or a mixed workload - our client is looking for lawyers in both areas
