Compliance Specialist - Payment Services

A major international company specialising in software solutions to a global audience is now seeking a Compliance Specialist with a financial/ payments background. Reporting to Head of International Compliance this is a 6 month contract with mainly remote working.

Skills required:

* EU Regulatory compliance expertise within the financial services industry

* Strong knowledge of the Payment Services Directive (PSD2)

* Previous Compliance experience within Banks, Fintech, Payments companies

Duties

* Support the company's overall compliance program with specific focus on requirements under their FCA Licence

* Assist with post-Brexit compliance structure & strategy within the UK

* Manage compliance aspects of 'high-focus' areas for the FCA such as regulatory reporting, customer complaints & notifications as per EBA guidelines

* Provide compliance advice regarding new regulated financial services products

* Advise on current & future major EU regulatory initiatives such as PSD2, RTS, GDPR, EMD, SEPA & cross-border payments
