Engineering Manager in London Interim needed for global FMCG Manufacturer that has had huge investment over the last 18 months and operates in a state of the art facility. As an Engineering Manager you will be working with a blue chip organisation however still have a very friendly, family like feel. This is truly a very exciting time to join a company where you can add critical change, implement new ideas and drive success. This role will be to work in their flagship site which you will be fully responsibly for all Engineering Practices with the full support from your leadership.

Examples of duties and requirements for Engineering Manager
Must have solid Engineering Management experience from a blue chip FMCG manufacturer
Contribute to the development of the sites vision
Understand change management
Set strategic plans to supports the factories overall achievement
Lead and develop the engineering team, driving a culture of strong performance management and maintaining clear development and strong succession planning practices to ensure that employees realise their own potential and achieve their business objectives
Work in partnership with the operation core teams, to improve key business results and to develop engineering skills and knowledge within the factories promoting a professional manufacturing team culture
Plan and control the engineering budgets to deliver the most cost effective results
