Location: Altrincham
Shifts: Full Time
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum DOE + excellent benefits + company pension

Evolve are recruiting for a Registered Home Manager to join an innovative national care provider to join their care home in Altrincham. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced and have the desire to take our clients care home and transform it into a service of excellence. Ideally, you will have three years demonstrable experience as a Registered Nursing Home Manager.
Essential Requirements of the Registered Home Manager
* RGN or RMN (active NMC pin) is essential
* Experience of managing a nursing home
* A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful, good, or outstanding rated care home
* Good working knowledge of CQC standards
* Good business acumen
* The ability to maintain a full staffing team
Role Responsibilities of the Registered Home Manager
* Provide strong leadership to all team members
* Aid our client in reaching their goals of being one of the best national care providers, through commitment to providing high quality care
* Communicate and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of colleagues, internal as well as external professionals, families and visitors
* Motivate and promote good working ethos within the home
* Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs within the home
* Maintain a full staffing team
* Provide high quality person centered care and be dynamic and driven with clear ambition to develop
* Demonstrate, develop, and keep up to date with the regulatory requirements of the Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations, KLOEs and rating characteristics
* Create strong links with the local community
