MFL Teacher

Enfield based secondary school require teacher of MFL French and Spanish from January. This MFL teaching post is full time 5 days per week and will commence in January. It is required that you hold QTS (Qualified teacher Status) and can commit to the school on a full time basis.

The role

My client secondary school are looking for a languages specialist teacher who can offer both French and Spanish - KS3 and KS4 and KS5 Spanish. You will be joining an MFL Department with excellent facilities and languages are a highly popular subject at the school. The curriculum is enriched by several trips organised yearly to such places as Boulogne-sur Mer in France and the school also has long standing links with a school in Murcia Spain. You will be teaching KS3 and KS4 Spanish. Ideally you will also be able to offer KS5 Spanish. KS3 French teaching will also be on the timetable. This role is full time and will be on a long term supply/fixed term basis.

This mixed comprehensive is located in the London borough of Enfield and has an excellent reputation within the borough. GCSE and A Level results have been above the national average over the past 6 years and during the most recent Ofsted inspection the school was rated Good with Outstanding features. Parking is available on site and the school is served by excellent transport links.

About you

You will ideally be a passionate and dedicated MFL French and Spanish teacher with excellent subject knowledge and a good presence within the classroom. You should be confident teaching Spanish to KS5 and French KS3 and hold QTS.
