We are currently supporting our client in the recruitment of an experienced Operations Manager within their Transactional HR & Payroll service delivery function. As Operations Manager overseeing a brand new payroll team within an established business you will oversee the function to ensure deadlines, compliance and SLA's are achieved and maintains. Implementing operational improvements and ensuring that all standard operating procedures are adhered too. The Operations Manager will ensure that client relationships are continually strengthened and expectations exceeded.
Managing Client relationships in a payroll Bureau environment
Operational oversite of a HR/ Payroll transaction service
Ensuring that procedures are adhered to, accuracy maintained and delivering process improvements
Experienced transactional service delivery operations manager
Knowledge of payroll processes and HR processes from a transactional standpoint
Ability to ensure that service levels are fully implemented and maintained
