We are a successful and growing IT MSP looking to expand our customer base with a dedicated and well rewarded sales team. You will have the opportunity to maximise your earnings through uncapped commission that pays out more generously the more you sell.

IT New Business Development Manager – Growing MSP
Brighton + Client Site Travel
£40,000 Base DOE (£85,000 OTE Uncapped) + Health Cashback Scheme, Car Mileage, Free Parking

Who we are:

We provide a wide range of IT Support, VoIP, Backup, Security, and Cloud related services to small and medium businesses, giving you the ability to cross sell and maximise every sale.

Some leads will be provided, but you will need to generate your own leads and leverage your own network to exceed targets and make the most out of this role.
Sales experience in an MSP is a major advantage

Key Points:

+ Win new clients by signing 1-, 2-, or 3-year contracts
+ Expand on existing clients with new product sales
+ Handle leads provided to you with expert care
+ Develop a pipeline of your own leads
+ Meet and exceed targets with uncapped commission

Skills and Experience:

+ Experience in new business sales (IT)
+ Experience in MSP sales a major advantage
+ C-Level conversational technical and business knowledge
+ Passion and knowledge of modern business technologies (365, Azure, etc.)
+ Ability to source, negotiate, and close deals
