Regional Operations Manager

My client is looking for a Regional Operations Manager for a group of luxury care homes covering Cambridgeshire down to Kent.

As an experienced Regional Manager, you will provide strong inspirational leadership to the individual Home teams within the region and across the company. You will have a proven track record of identifying opportunities for improvement within a care home setting and working with key stakeholders to implement positive changes for all service users and colleagues.

You will manage a team of Home Manager to deliver excellent standards of care, meet requirements of regulatory bodies and support the company values through positive leadership.
