We have a great opportunity for a Product Coordinator to join our team in EMEA. This role will be to profitably develop the Food business within the group alongside your peers and colleagues. You will be responsible for a defined product portfolio, ensuring that products are available for sale, pricing is correct, and that all relevant information is up to date while managing, strengthening and growing upon our supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

+ You will be able to act on your own initiative and demonstrate a pro-active approach to maintaining effective supplier relationships, product availability, pricing and accurate information.
+ Increase supplier intimacy and quality of relationships.
+ Assist in the development of our core product range and specialities throughout the business.
+ Understanding of market trends.
+ You will negotiate with our suppliers to secure the right prices and the terms for purchasing thereof.
+ Manage any appropriate product issues.
+ Support Product management.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Product Coordinator / Purchasing person with employment history in a similar role. You will have a proven track record of delivering results and have the ability to recognise and communicate what our value proposition is to each of our suppliers. It is essential that you are able to work effectively within all levels of our organisation and that of our suppliers and have the ability to develop strong relations to positively influence both the aforementioned. You are extremely structured and focused on growth and development with strong business acumen.
