Are you an experienced Compliance Officer/Manager, ready to take on your next career challenge? Are you now looking to work in a rewarding and complex sector, within a growing, forward thinking and values based company? If so, we would be interested in hearing from you.
The Finegreen Group are a successful award-winning recruitment consultancy, recruiting to managerial and executive posts within the healthcare sector. Our client base spans both NHS and private healthcare organisations and over the last 15 years we have established a strong brand and reputation within the sector.
Over recent months our clients and candidates have been at the forefront of the country's response to Covid-19 and we have been proud to play our small part in supporting this work. As we now emerge from the pandemic the NHS is held in greater regard than at any time in living memory, with the government pledging continued support and investment.
As a business we have adapted well to the pandemic. We have been fortunate in not needing to furlough staff and many of our consultants have experienced a surge in activity during this period. We have adopted agile new ways of working and through the utilisation of digital technologies we have continued to provide a high quality service to both clients and candidates.
As a result of this increased demand and activity, we are keen to drive expansion as part of our continued growth strategy whilst striving for exceptional service. We aspire to be the country's leading provider of non-clinical recruitment to the healthcare sector. We are looking to engage with equally ambitious individuals who can join us on this exciting journey.
As a suitable candidate you will have learned and have in-depth knowledge of onboarding compliance requirements, preferably with Healthcare and adept at creating, developing, managing and operating successful processes. You will be self-motivated and ambitious, highly professional in your approach, combined with strong time management skills.
Although desirable, you will not need previous experience with recruitment agency compliance.
Most importantly you will be flexible, have proven attention to detail skills as well as excellent communication both written and verbal. You will be hands on and be able to work effectively on your own and as part of a wider team of key stakeholders. In return we are a business who recognise that our staff are our key assets and we will provide support, training and development to help realise your goals and potential.
If you have the skills and experience outlined above and would like an informal conversation about the opportunities we can offer or wish to apply for the position, please initially contact Shirley McIntosh by emailing (url removed) to arrange a discussion or submit your current CV
