THE COMPANY:

The company are a property business backed by a UK Private Equity firm. They have thousands of data points which currently aren't leveraging and they are looking to launch a data programme in order to bring together all their data and use this to improve what they can do as a business. They are going to be using a consultancy to help set up their data warehouse but need someone to further enhance that and be the internal business owner for this. The commercial aspect of the role is most important for them, they want someone who is commercially driven and able to help build KPIs for different areas to understand the value of data.

THE ROLE:

As Head of BI, your responsibilities will include:

• Heading up BI and being the link between data in the system and all business rules to be put in place
• Spearhead the data side of the business and make sure what the consultancy builds is as useful as possible
• Being commercially driven and playing an integral role in how the business can utilise it's data to improve revenue and customer experience

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful Director of Data and Analytics will have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent experience in analytics and exposure to back-end data-warehousing principles
• Commercially-driven
• Experience owning an analytics/BI function
