A fantastic opportunity is available for a Marketing Manager to join a growing and profitable information security specialist. The successful Marketing Manager will work 9:00 - 5:30 from the company's Cambridge office and earn a salary between £30,000 to £45,000 dependent on skills and experience.

The Company

Bridgeway Security Solutions was established in 2011 to provide a fresh approach to information security and risk management. They have proven experience in delivering security solutions around mobility, cloud and security intelligence. With offices in Cambridge and Falkirk, they are trusted by some of the UK's most prestigious organisations. They are looking to focus on, and develop their current marketing activities, so this is a real opportunity to take the company forward.

The Role

In the first instance, the Marketing Manager will review and appraise the current marketing efforts, building on existing marketing activity and improving processes where necessary. In addition, the Marketing Manager's main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Creating, planning and managing the business' marketing strategy
- Collaborating closely with the MD to define and build the company brand, and in turn identify key buyer personas
- Planning, managing and delivering a quality lead generation programme for the business, through traditional and online marketing activities
- Leading the creation and delivery of a content strategy, working with the senior leadership team in to produce compelling content that promotes the business' expertise, knowledge services
- Assuming responsibility for corporate collateral content generation (including white papers, briefing papers, data sheets, case studies etc.)
- Producing weekly and monthly reports on marketing campaigns, focussing on lead generation through to opportunity creation and revenue
- Taking ownership of HubSpot Marketing Automation and the CRM system for managing and updating the company website, implementing marketing activities and reporting on them
- Attending seminars, training sessions, and other related industry events where appropriate
- Managing the marketing budget and instructing external agencies for projects where appropriate

The Candidate

To be considered for the Marketing Manager role you must have a proven B2B marketing background, preferably in IT, Software, Information Security or a related field. Equally, the following key skills and experience are essential:

- A strategic mindset, yet able to lead the implementation of the marketing plan with a hands-on approach
- ROI focused and able to drive impactful inbound demand that converts into sales, positioning Bridgeway as a innovative and trusted Information Security specialist
- Strong stakeholder management skills and able to work collaboratively with a diverse range of colleagues and customers
- Confident when articulating ideas and comfortable when constructively challenging the ideas of others, yet equally happy to be challenged
- A self-starter, who is motivated, enthusiastic and has a willingness to learn
- Able to consistently produce high levels of activity and results to deadline
