Sales Ledger Controller (6 Month contract) - Barnsley
£22,000 per annum + competitive benefits package
Anderselite are currently recruiting a 6-month fixed term contract opportunity for a Sales Ledger Controller to join a leading utility services provider based in Barnsley. In this role, the Sales Ledger Controller will support the business by delivering a comprehensive and efficient invoicing, credit control, cash posting and sales ledger reporting service.
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
Experience working as a Sales Ledger Controller in a business to domestic customer setting ideally gained working for a utility provider
Experience of setting up and maintaining high numbers of direct debit customers
Exceptional customer service skills dealing with customers in a polite and confident manner
Strong organisational skills to ensure full range of duties are planned and completed to daily, weekly and monthly schedules
Previous experience in both sales ledger and credit control
Experience of a windows based financial information system with integrated sales and purchase ledgers
Good knowledge of Excel to include data manipulation by creation of simple pivot tables, data lookups, simple IF statements and data sorting / summationThis role is initially offered on a 6-month fixed term contract basis and offers a competitive salary and market leading benefits package and the opportunity to join an established company operating within a secure sector providing a key service.
