WHAT WE NEED:

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to help oversee our store in Leicester.

The applicant must have retail experience, preferably at supervisor/management level. Knowledge of the outdoor sports market would be a great advantage.

Ideal candidate must have:

* Experience in merchandising within a retail environment.

* Experience in team management.

* The ability to train and develop others.

* Experience in dealing with the public.

* Experience in cash handling/banking.

* Experience in stock room management.

* Sound product knowledge.

* Sound health & safety knowledge.

* An active participant in outdoor activities.

* Administration experience.
