Job Details
Technical Account Manager / Pre-Sales Engineer / Consultant / Architect required for a Home Based permanent role (based between London and the Midlands), salary £60K + £5K Bonus + Benefits.
My client require an experienced TAM (or similar) to join their team.
You MUST stem from a background in Managed Services.
My client are looking for candidates who stem from one of the following backgrounds:
* Technical Account Management
* Pre-Sales
* Technical Consultancy
* Enterprise Architecture
The organisations customers are based largely in the Midlands and in London. You can be based anywhere between the 2 locations as long as you are happy to travel to either location.
The role will be split between home, client sites and occasional office visits for meetings / catch ups.
The position requires a highly technical individual within a number of technologies surrounding:
* Microsoft solutions
* Azure
* Virtualisation
* Networking etc.
Responsibilities will be split roughly as follows:
* Technical Account Management, Relationship Management (70%)
* Solution design (30%)
You must have a deep level of knowledge around a number of different areas in order to ensure that the customer is getting the most out their current solution, and you are able to suggest improvements to maximise ROI.
You will deal with a broad portfolio of clients, at both enterprise and mid-market levels.
This is a broad role working for a successful company.
