SEN Leaning Support Assistant - Redbridge, East London

A primary school based in Redbridge, East London is looking for an SEN learning support assistant to support the welfare of several autistic pupils in their Autism Resource Provision.

Person Specification for the SEN Leaning Support Assistant
To be considered you must be a reliable graduate who has achieved at least a 2:1 in your degree. You also must have previous experience working with SEN children, this could be in a school setting or a setting similar. This vacancy is open to those who have all the skills and qualities students need to see in adults, so that them can set a good example to them. You will have the ability to view challenging situations as an opportunity to learn and grow as a teacher. The ideal candidate will have a warm personality that is reflected onto their pupils and effective and clear communication skills.

About the Role for SEN Leaning Support Assistant
As a SEN Leaning Support Assistant at this school you will be working on either an individual basis or a small group basis. The Autism Resource Provision has 10 children that are on the Autism Spectrum.
