You will be an experienced employment solicitor with between 1-5 years PQE, ideally gained within a leading regional practice or a London-based law firm. The existing team of 6 lawyers advises both employers and employees across all areas of employment law, from operational advice on TUPE, staff policies and disciplinary procedures, to advising on claims relating to discrimination and whistleblowing.
You will act for both national PLCs and local SMEs, as well as senior individuals, on highly complex and industry-leading issues. The firm can offer a leading regional salary plus benefits, and the successful candidate can expect excellent prospects and progression within the team.
