The Job Role:

Due to growth within the business, our client is looking for a Head of Marketing/Marketing Director to join their award-winning agency. Our client offers a holistic service to their clients mostly focussing on digital channels but also offline marketing channels.

Our client requires a senior level marketing professional to join their team who has a proven track record in commercial/B2B marketing. The successful candidate for this role will have multi-channel experience and will have experience generating leads through on and offline channels.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors of the business to lead on the strategic direction of the digital marketing service offered to their clients.

This role will be incredibly varied and will include the following;

* Responsibility for marketing client retention and growth

* Development and progression of marketing services offered

* Identifying new business opportunities

* Quality management of the marketing service provision

* Managing a team

Our client is ideally looking for candidates who have experience working within an agency environment.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an 'all-rounder' and will be happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
