1st Or 2nd Line Support Engineer (Multiple Positions) - Fully Remote - 4 month contract - Circa £100 - £175 Per Day

I am currently recruiting for both a 1st and 2nd line support engineer for one of my Cardiff based clients, this is a fully remote role. You will be joining the team for an initial 4 months with the potential to extend.
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated IT Professional with the opportunity to perform a 360-degree role, having access to all functions relative to keep a user base live and efficient.

Desirable Skills

• 1st Line Support.
• 2nd Line Support
• Service Desk.
• Desktop Support.
• 1 years 2nd line experience.
