1st Line Support (Cloud Based Support Functions)

I am currently recruiting for a part time, 2 days a week (Thursday and Friday) 1st Line Support Analyst. My client look after the cloud based support functions for a multitude of clients. The successful candidate must have experience within a similar role and be able to work Thursday and Friday only. As the 1st line support Analyst you will be managing the client portal ensuring all requests and errors the client is experiencing are resolved immediately and the client updated:

* Managing client portal and incoming emails with queries and errors that they are experiencing
* Progressing tickets that have been logged
* Migrating individuals to the cloud
* Helping with database applications
* Working with AWS cloud services and Linex
* Answering 25/30 requests daily
* Managing work flow for support team
