The Chiltern Way Academy (CWA) is a cutting edge and transformational organisation for students with ASC and SEMH, currently spanning four campuses, with two secondary schools, one primary and one combined school.
We wish to appoint an Assistant SENDCo to assist in the promotion, direction and oversight of high standards of teaching and learning, student achievement and progression, through effective inclusion for students with special educational needs. You will work in conjunction with the SENDCo. This is a part-time role in conjunction with a teaching timetable.
