Jenson Fisher have been engaged by an expanding Accountancy Firm based in North Lanarkshire who are looking to recruit a Payroll Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This role will suit an experienced Payroll professional who wants to work in a small friendly team, in a standalone payroll position.

The main duties:
  • Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll from start to finish
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Processing SSP, SMP, SPP
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • Running payroll reports
  • RTI submission
  • Auto enrolment and pension administration

The main requirements:
  • End to end Payroll experience is essential
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Be able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Committed and reliable
