This fantastic family-run production / marketing company are seeking their next terrific team member - a Video Producer to join them in Lancaster!
Starting out in video marketing and then branching out into photography, 2D and 3D animation, CGI and drone/360 - they currently produce video, photography, animation, and CGI for a wide range of interesting clients.
This important position with is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves all things production and helping companies produce high quality videos. What they are looking for is someone that come on board and hit the ground running - you need to be confident in your experience and abilities relating to filming, editing, audio and lighting. There is loads of room for creativity in this position and a chance to work on some very exciting projects!!
Your responsibilities as a Video Producer will include:
Client and competitor research, reviewing previous content to get a feel for the business.
Leading discovery calls with all new and existing clients.
Dealing with pre-production which includes anything from researching, creative ideation, scripting, video flows, shot-listing, and where necessary drafting interview questions.
Organising all the equipment and transporting it to the client site, managing production alone or as part of a crew in the studio or on location, organising all footage and assembling client assets.
Using lighting, professional audio and stabilisation equipment as well as directing actors.
Editing (using Adobe suite - Premiere Pro / After Effects / Photoshop etc.) Colour grading and enhancing sound.
We are keen to speak to people about this Video Producer role with the following skills and experience:
You must have a flair for creativity and all things video, with experience in a similar creative / digital / audio-visual producer role - experience working with different clients, sometimes simultaneously is advantageous.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite is essential. Canon camera eco system is preferred but other experience will be accepted.
Strong lighting and audio skills both in the studio and on location.
An ability to work well under pressure, to deadlines is essential. You must be adaptable to change and the ability to think outside the box.
A willingness to go the extra mile and do what it takes to meet client expectations.

You'd be joining a close-knit team, working on a variety of projects such as editing drone footage, filming at different locations, some animation, directing actors etc ... no day is the same!
In return, the Video Producer will receive a salary of between £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience, along with a range of company benefits.
