Head of Business Acceptance

Role: Head of Business Acceptance

Salary: Up to £130k

Location: London

Contract: 3-6 month FTC

Main Responsibility: Act as the firm's Deputy MLRO and manage the Business Acceptance Team in EMEA & Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the firm assesses, accepts, and manages business
• Acting as deputy MLRO
• Lead the EMEA & Asia BA team
• Work closely with Business Acceptance Director
• Act as a member of the BA committee
• Provide specialist advice
• Liaise with partner & lawyers regarding issues

Required experience & Skills:

• Experience working within a law firm
• A Law degree and/or a qualification as a lawyer is desirable
• Someone who is an AML expert who is able to help pick up BAU and AML issues
• Conflicts/Sanctions experience would be a bonus
• Management experience
• Able to work well under pressure
