Commercial Accountant

A restructure has led to the creation of a Commercial Accountant vacancy to be based out of their South London (Croydon) Business Unit created with the remit of improving the profitability of the business.

Role

Reporting into the Head of Commercial, the Croydon based Commercial Accountant will have the following responsibilities:

• Producing monthly management accounts delivered to tight deadlines
• Providing support to business operations in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Interacting with sales managers to analyse commercial tenders and margins
• Regular site meetings and interactions with operation management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Croydon based Commercial Accountant will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with a minimum of 3 years experience of producing management accounts with strong exposure to budgeting and forecasting. You will ideally have had experience of working within a large complex business and gained this experience working within the energy, construction, utilities or facilities management industries. You will have excellent business partnering, problem solving and analytical skills as well as strong excel skills.

Salary & Benefits

£45,000 - £50,000 plus car allowance, bonus, pension

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
