Property Litigation Solicitor NQ+ Birmingham
Our client, an award winning Midlands firm seeks to appoint a property litigation lawyer to join their growing team based in Birmingham.
Joining this friendly, partner led team you'll work on a challenging mix of work arising from all manner of property related disputes, including boundary disputes, dilapidation and disrepair claims and disputes under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954. You'll be advising a diverse portfolio of clients including housing clients, property developers, investors, lenders, individuals and owner-occupiers. Whilst a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in commercial property litigation would be ideal, there is some flexibility and the firm is also very interested to speak to NQs (late 2019, 2020 or early 2021 qualifiers.) In addition you will have relevant background in property litigation gained with another recognised regional or national firm.
This is an excellent role with a firm able to offer a diet of interesting work from day one as well as a strong career progression path and highly competitive remuneration.
