Job Purpose
- The post-holder is responsible for undertaking psychological assessment and formulation to determine the appropriate evidence based psychological intervention(s) for clients presenting with a range of complex mental health needs (Matrix 3-4).
- Responsible for managing own caseload from admission to discharge, including the prioritisation of waiting lists, to support the delivery of national targets.
- To supervise, teach and support high and low intensity and trainee therapists.
