Employment Solicitor - Our client, a niche employment practice; recognised by Chambers and mentioned in the Legal 500 have asked us to find them a further employment law specialist to join their expanding team.
About the Role
You will be advising clients on all aspects of employment law whilst adopting a commercial approach to client issues. There is an emphasis on management of employment tribunals as well as advising on a wide range of matters, including:
- Complex redundancies
- Changes to terms and conditions
- TUPE transfers
- Disciplinary, grievance and dismissal procedures
- Sex, race, disability and age discrimination
- Data protection
- European and international employment law
- Collective bargaining and trade union negotiations
- Drafting of Settlement Agreements
The level of this position requires a solicitor with at least 3 years PQE and a solid track record. You will need to show interest in business development and ideally previous experience in providing content on in-house training and seminars. A commercially astute outlook, strong computer literacy and excellent people skills are a must in this role.
