The role of the Infrastructure Team Leader is to improve the operation of the support function within eHealth through the appropriate management of the management and deployment of Hardware and Software assets within the NHSL organisation.
To develop the Asset management process in conjunction with eHealth service managers to improve lifecycle management across the department
To develop and implement a range of departmental management processes for deployment including training for eHealth staff and communication material for the wider organisation.
To provide advice and support to eHealth staff and the wider organisation, in respect to asset and deployment management, contributing to the improvement of overall security, management and asset process developing a cycle of continuous improvement in this area.
