We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join 360's rapidly growing marketing team based in our brand new offices in Warrington.
This is an exciting role as you'll get the ability to work on both agency side and client-side digital projects. Our ideal Digital Marketing Executive will have experience in strategically planning campaigns and be able to work with the wider marketing team to promote creative assets via a variety of digital channels.?
You will be responsible for 360's digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, paid and organic social, content creation and re-targeting. You'll also be helping to create and run creative marketing campaigns for our clients. What will you be doing as our Digital Marketing Executive?
-Taking ownership of key digital drivers including PPC, social media, and SEO
- Reporting and analysis across marketing channels
- Content creation across key digital marketing channels including Paid Search (Google AdWords) and Social Media (Paid and Organic)
What makes you our ideal Digital Marketing Executive?
You need to be a great team player who can offer tangible digital solutions to ensure that you are creating a great customer journey, which will engage with our target audience. You will ideally have experience in:
- Social media marketing especially social PPC and campaign optimisation
- Activating, optimising & retargeting paid Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter ads
- Running Facebook ad accounts from FB Business Manager
- Managing CPC, CRO and ensuring the ROAS of campaigns
- Google Analytics, Adwords and Google Display Network
- SEO optimised content creation and marketing experience
- Running successful lcampaigns either B2B or B2C

The ideal candidate will have experience in strategically planning campaigns and be able to work with the wider marketing team to promote creative assets via a variety of digital channels. You'll have experience in running successful lead gen campaigns, either B2B or B2C and experience in managing CPC and ensuring the CRO of campaigns is essential. You'll have an eye for creating a great CTA, have a strong commercial outlook and be able to directly contribute to direction of the digital strategy. Results oriented you'll be expected to know your numbers but also have the creativity to recommend the use of new platforms and not be afraid to challenge the status quo. We're looking for personalities that match the dynamic at 360 - so you'll need to be the kind of person who enjoys helping others and can work in a faced paced environment.
