Year 5 Class Teacher - Maternity Cover
Tradewind is currently working with an excellent Primary School based in Bedford who have an urgent need for a newly qualified or fully qualified teacher to cover maternity from January!
The successful teacher will be employed directly through the School or Tradewind (Paid to scale). The placement will start in January and be for a minimum of 2 terms with the potential to extend into the 3rd term. You will be taking on an excellent Year 5 class of high achievers; behaviour is excellent, and they have three experienced members of staff within the class to support where needed.
What the School and Tradewind are looking for (Criteria):
*Qualified Teacher Status
*NQT or Fully Qualified
*Able to plan and track a balance curriculum
*Establish relationships with pupils and other staff members
*Encourage and motivate pupils in KS2 to achieve the best they can be!
The School has a new sports hall and a specialist P.E Teacher who is happy for the newly appointed Teacher to take on an extra-curriculum activity they are passionate about. Facilities are excellent throughout and the staff support one another on a daily basis.
