Job Details
Our client based in Plymouth are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant.
You'll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.
You'll have high standards when it comes to finance and have brilliant attention to detail in order to ensure revenue, costs and charges are accurately recorded. You'll take ownership and pride in your work and will support the Manager.
The Duties will include:
Providing accounts and financial information to the management accountants and Regional Financial Controller
Processing and reconciling daily banking
Providing weekly & monthly payroll and purchasing reports for review.
Customer service
Administration and Technology savvy
Maintaining health and safety standards
Ensuring PCI & GDPR compliance
Working closely with all hotel departments
Available to work when the team and customer needs you
