O2C Manager job - 12 month FTC - WFH ( Work from Home) - Salary £45K - £55K - Order2Cash - OTC

Your new role
As Order to Cash Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of the end-to-end order to cash process, from order entry, provision of software licences, billing, credit management and customer query resolution.
Working closely with the Head of Finance, professional services and Sales functions the O2C Manager will focus on the efficient and accurate delivery of the full end to end O2C process.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have over 5 years experience working closely or managing a team 10+, with credit control, customer service, billing and fulfilment teams in an O2C management capacity. You will also have full use of Salesforce and SAP in an O2C environment. Emphasis on the customer service management and fulfillment/sales admin is highly desirable.
