Customer Analyst

Up to £55,000 + competitive bonus and benefits


The company

Join one of the UKs biggest household names and one of the most influential. You will work cross functionally, sitting within their dynamic digital and data team which has recently seen vast amounts of investment allowing you to pick up new technologies and collaborate across the business, focusing on customer growth.

The Role

In this role you will collaborate with different insight and marketing teams throughout the business to trial digital initiatives and generate customer insights using SQL and data visualisation tools (Power BI/Tableau). You will:
  • Generate customer insight analytics, using SQL and Python to enable understanding of different programmes, being the analytical expert and go-to resource whilst playing a key insight led role in shaping its future
  • Build and maintain automated processes to facilitate the production of visually engaging self-serve dashboards
  • Pack and present a story to stakeholders to generate buy-in and engagement using Power BI or Tableau

Key Skills & Requirements
  • Strong in SQL
  • Data visualisation experience using wither Power BI, Tableau or Qlik
  • Experience with Python or R for regression and propensity modelling
