Financial Controller

This growing Private Equity company based in Lancashire are looking to recruit a Financial Controller. The role will involve:

• Budgeting and forecast preparation alongside Commercial Manager and department heads
• Review of Management account and recommendation on profit improvement initiatives
• Managing the external relationships with Banks, Insurers, statutory bodies as well as the company auditors
• Oversee product costing and maintain a standard costing system
• Production of MI to increase knowledge and trends within the business to ensure better decision making
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations within the industry we operate
• Manage and develop a Finance Team of 5

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with the ability to liaise at all levels and operate in a fast paced environment.
