Finance Business Partner

An excellent opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to a multiple site organisation with locations across the East Midlands, predominantly Nottinghamshire.

The role offers great flexibility as you can be based from any of the main sites or predominantly from home.

Working with both finance and non-finance people in the organisation, you will support and add value by providing financial advice to the different sites, using financial analysis to influence decision making, whilst looking to improve systems and processes. You will provide monthly reports to key budget holders to evaluate performance and ensure projects are progressing on target.

You will evaluate new income strategies, help the Finance Director on due diligence for potential new acquisitions; support the Financial Controller and Finance Director with general accounting matters and projects and be involved in training new staff.

We are looking for a good communicator who is proactive with relevant business partnering experience who can develop strong working relationships with stakeholders in business.
