Permanent - Residential Property Solicitor/Lawyer - Buckinghamshire

My client, a well regarded law firm, is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience to join their fantastic department.

The role has come about due to continued growth in new matters. My client is looking for someone with a passion for client service, knowledge to run a busy caseload and the ability to work as part of a team.

They need someone who can assist with an expanding client base immediately but who would be interested in building on that caseload by becoming involved in business development in the future.

The role will involve dealing with the following property matters;
  • Sales
  • Purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Freehold
  • Leasehold
  • Probate sales
  • Deed of Variation
  • Transfers of equity
  • Shared ownership
