- The client is a Housing Association in South London.
Description
- Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement and customer focus, acting as an exemplar across the clients management community.
- Support the backlog planning process through activities such as backlog refinement, business case development and outline planning.
- Utilize the adaptive change delivery methodology for the delivery of all work and contribute to on-going improvement/refinement of the methodology.
- During the Destination:2023 transformation, Change Managers may be aligned to one or more workstreams to take delivery responsibility in support of a Workstream Leader.
- Carry out stakeholder analysis to ensure engagement and management approach is aligned.
- Plan all activities for assigned project/change initiatives and manage delivery in a highly transparent way; owning, overseeing and escalating in areas such as progress, risks, roadblocks, costs and value realization.
- Ensuring all necessary reporting is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Establish governance and steering in line with methodology, supporting and enabling sponsors and accountable senior leaders in their roles.
- Ensure service areas are prepared for new ways of working and process changes through change management plans and impact assessments including training needs analysis.
- Ensure there is sufficient support available for the new ways of working to operate through transition into 'business-as-usual'.
- Support colleagues whilst the transition is taking place.
- Ensure a clear, high resonance communications plan is formed and executed.
- Ensure measures and indicators are identified to support full adoption and utilization of change.
- Ensure reinforcement and embedding plans are in place, on an on-going basis.
- Capture, track and update benefits in conjunction with business colleagues and PMO
- Review, inspect and adapt through further iterations to realize value in line with business / workstream plans.

- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.

- Proven ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Experience of leading change in public service provider setting.
- A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process
- Excellent active listening skills
