HLTA needed in Primary schools, Darlington
On behalf of a Primary schools, based in Darlington, Hello Education are seeking to employ an enthusiastic and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant who ideally has experience across Key Stage 1 and 2.
As a HLTA you will be expected to take on responsibilities of a teaching assistant, providing the children and teacher with support, general classroom assistance but will also be required to take on further duties such as helping with planning and delivering lessons along with assessing work and keeping records of pupil's development.
As a successful HLTA you will;
Hold a Level 4 HLTA qualification
Minimum 6 months experience within a Primary school
Confident communicating with pupils aged 3-11 years old
Reliable and hard working
Led lessons in the teacher's absence
Be confident in implementing behaviour management techniques within the classroom
